Learning Lab provides customized consultancy, training sessions and qualification support for schools, educators and early years settings looking to build more inclusive learning environments. Programs are structured around your schedule, classroom dynamics, and existing teaching framework.
School Consultancy
Our team provides practical consultation around individual children, classrooms and whole-school learning system reviews. Support is customized around the specific concern identified, including (but not limited to):
- Inclusion and placement advice
- Classroom seating, plan and environmental setup review
- Classroom management guidance
- Support for neurodivergent learners
- Teacher guidance on individual student needs
- In-class observations and recommendations
- Coordination following formal assessment reports
Teacher Assessment
Teacher assessment helps schools understand how an educator approaches learning, communication and classroom delivery. Areas analyzed include teaching style, pedagogical approach, educational background, qualifications, delivery work, and interaction with learners.
Assessments may be arranged individually or in team format to support school growth.
Teacher Training and Professional Development
Training is available for early years practitioners, school leaders, primary teachers, special education staff, assistants and parents. Sessions are delivered live, in-person or online, depending on school preferences and location.

Internationally Accredited Courses
Selected programmes, including the Level 3 diploma in ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) and SHINE Certificate Programme (Strategizing Holistic Interventions for Neurodiverse Empowerment), are internationally accredited through our training partner Synapra by the partner organization.
Public course schedules are listed on Learning Lab's learning management portal when available. Group and institution training may be scheduled on-demand upon request and approval.
